Whether you are interested in losing body fat, developing muscle tone, developing strength, improving athletic performance, developing more lean muscle mass, or have special therapeutic exercise needs, 2racy Fitness will engineer a program integrating proven nutritional and exercise practices that will guarantee lasting positive results.

Developing a healthier, more fit and energetic lifestyle is grounded in a well-designed plan that applies a number of fundamental principles. Our job is to help you understand how to apply these principles to accomplish and make permanent the results you desire.

2racy will develop a Fitness Program that will work for your individual goals. 

IMPORTANT:  Depending on your current physical condition, Medical Clearance may be required prior to you beginning an exercise program.  Please review prior to purchasing a 2racy Service.  If necessary, please have your physician complete the Medical Clearance Document and return to 2racy Fitness Co.

Basic Fitness Assessment - $35.00*

A brief 1 on 1 consultation during which we conduct a basic health & exercise history review and conduct a series of tests & measurements that provide a baseline profile for you. Includes:

Health, Exercise, and Stress evaluation.
Body Composition (body fat %) testing.

 Goals Inventory and General Fitness Consultation - $50.00*

A 1 to 1-1/2 hour educational consultation in which we discuss your individual short & long term goals, your motivation for change, and discuss some of the basic principles of nutrition and fitness conditioning which we will apply to the development of a program specifically for you.

The Objectives of this session are:

  • Develop a mutual understanding of the desired results
  • Understand what you want and why?
  • Understand of your daily activity / eating habits and discuss how they effect your health and fitness
  • Provide an educational / informational foundation for achieving our program
  • Review fundamentals of a Fitness Lifestyle
  • Determine definitive next steps to achieving results

 Training Program Development - $50.00* per Training Log

This service is provided as part of all of our Personal Training Services.  However it is also available separately for those who may not intend on training with us on an ongoing basis or perhaps just need assistance in designing and implementing an effective training routine designed to deliver the specific results they desire.

Once we have agreed upon specific training program objectives, duration, or cycle we will develop a pre-printed Training Log which provides:

  • Daily training schedule for the entire training cycle up to 4 weeks in length
  • Muscle group training / exercise combinations for each training session
  • Set and Repetition goals with actual training accomplishment log
  • Training volume target for each workout session
  • Training time duration log

 "In-Home" Personal Training and Coaching

 Typically 1 hour in duration and provides for ongoing instruction, coaching, and support to meet your goals.

These programs offer:

  • Hands on training support in home
  • Structured training program with training log
  • Measured progressive results
  • Motivational support for change

  • Proper and safe exercise execution
  • Application of effective exercise volume, intensity & recovery principles
  • Motivational support and coaching
  • Results

  • $65.00 - per single sessions
  • $240.00 - 4 sessions program
  • $400.00 - 8 sessions program
  • add $15.00 for Body Composition Evaluation

Nutrition Habits Assessment - $50.00*

This is a 2-stage evaluation process which involves the detailed evaluation of your current nutrition practices and eating habits. It concludes with a 30 minute one on one private consultation during which we discuss the habits that will curtail your progress and make recommendations for change that will contribute to your success.

A 2 Week Personal Log of your nutritional intake is required to perform the evaluation.  You can get started now by requesting a copy of the 2racy Basic Food Journal.

Personal Training Cancellation Policy: 2racy Fitness has a 24 hour cancellation policy on personal training schedules!  If you know you can not make your training time you scheduled with a consultant, you must let him or her know 24 hours in advance or you will lose that session.
